In this commit, we ensure that when we update an edge as a result of a ChannelUpdate being returned from an onion failure, the max htlc portion of the channel update is included in the edge update. |

The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
