In this commit, we now need to check to see if the pubkey is nil as if the user specified a set of manual routes, then the dest pubkey would be empty. |

The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
