In this commit, we fix the incorrect expiry values in the spec_example.json test file. Many of the time locks were incorrect which allowed bugs within the path finding logic related to CLTV deltas to go un-detected. |

routing
The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
