In this commit we add a new test to the set of unit tests for the ChannelRouter: TestRouterChansClosedOfflinePruneGraph. This tests that if channels are closed while the ChannelRouter is down, then upon restart the channels are properly recognized as being closed. |

routing
The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
