This commit adds a new set of behavioral interface level tests to the chain view package. This set of tests can now be used in order to check proper conformity to this “specification” for all future implementations of the chain view package. |

routing
The routing package implements authentication+validation of channel announcements, pruning of the channel graph, path finding within the network, sending outgoing payments into the network and synchronizing new peers to our channel graph state.
