peer: don't load channels on connect that are still pending
This commit modifies the peer struct’s loadActiveChannels method to
ensure that it skips over channels that aren’t actually active. This
fixes a bug that could possibly cause a peer to get stuck in a circular
wait loop and also de-sync a channel’s state machine.

rpc: revert PendingChannels panic temp patch fix
With the funding manager’s state gaining full durability, it only will
return channels that are currently “pending” as a response to the
PendingChannels RPC call. As a result, the prior edge case where a user
would issue a PendingChannels RPC call mid funding flow is no longer
possible and channels are read from disk rather then from the
fundingMgr’s limbo state.

rpc: don't show pending channel in the ListChannels RPC call
With the concept of open/pending channels on disk, we now will no
longer show channels under ListChannels that are still pending. This
fixes a slight existing bug wherein channels that weren’t yet open
would be listed in this RPC call since we write to disk immediately
after broadcasting the funding transaction.

lnwallet: expose a NextRevocationKey method in channel state machine
This commit adds a new method to the channel’s state machine:
NextRevocationKey. This method is being added in preparation for the
upcoming change to switch to the commitment transaction format outlined
in the spec. When this comes to pass, the ExtendRevocationWindow method
will be removed, as it will no longer be needed.

The NextRevocationKey method will be needed as to conform to the spec,
we’ll need to send the next revocation key within the `fundingLocked`
message.

shachain: grammer fixes, gofmt conformance, slight interface changes
This commit contains a series of post-merge fixes which include:
  * ToBytes -> Encode
    * As the former version doesn’t _require_ allocation of new slices *
  * Store -> AddNextEntry
    * To communicate to the caller that entries MUST be added
      in order
  * Several grammar, spacing, spelling and gofmt fixes.

d911107ec6 fundingmanager: Update tests for funding manager persistence
This commit adds the FundingManagerPersistence test to ensure that the
funding process completes as expected when nodes shutdown after the the
funding transaction has been broadcast. Note that the final parts of
several wallet tests have been removed, as functionality has been moved
to the Funding Manager and should now be tested there.

eb490b8833 lnwire: add FundingLocked message
When the funding transaction has been confirmed, the FundingLocked
message is sent by the peers to each other so that the existence of the
newly funded channel can be announced to the network.

This commit also removes the SingleFundingOpenProof message.

e549a3f0ed fundingmanager: move final funding steps from wallet to funding manager.
Once a channel funding process has advanced to the point of broadcasting
the funding transaction, the state of the channel should be persisted
so that the nodes can disconnect or go down without having to wait for the
funding transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain.

Previously, the finalization of the funding process was handled by a
combination of the funding manager, the peer and the wallet, but if
the remote peer is no longer online or no longer connected, this flow
will no longer work. This commit moves all funding steps following
the transaction broadcast into the funding manager, which is available
as long as the daemon is running.

508138f8c8 lnrpc: add output_index field to PendingUpdate message
Because we want to persist the state of the channel once the funding

opened, we need to report the funding transaction ID to the UI or tests
when the transaction is pending, rather than after it has been
confirmed.

the same asymptotic characteristics but has more complex scheme
to determine wish hash we can drop and what needs to be stored
in order to be able to achive full compression.

bdb38cafcc lnwallet: fix bug that makes commitment transaction unspendable
Introduce TimelockShift which is used to make sure the commitment
transaction is spendable by setting the locktime with it so that
it is larger than 500,000,000, thus interpreting it as Unix epoch
timestamp and not a block height. It is also smaller than the current
timestamp which has bit (1 << 30) set, so there is no risk of having
the commitment transaction be rejected. This way we can safely use
the lower 24 bits of the locktime field for part of the obscured
commitment transaction number.

chainntfns/btcdnotifier: fix race condition in notifyBlockEpochs
This commit fixes a race condition in the notifyBlockEpochs detected by
the race condition detector. Previously the notifyBlockEpochs function
could cause a race condition when a new caller was either cancelling an
existing notification intent or creating a new one.

We fix this issue by making the call to notifyBlockEpochs synchronous
rather than asynchronous. An alternative would be to add a mutex
guarding the map state. The channel itself is buffered with a good
margin, so there shouldn’t be a huge impact.

lnwallet: ensure reservation state is cleaned up in case of Cancel
This commit fixes a bug in the wallet’s internal reservation manager
that prevented it from cleaning up the resources used by a reservation
after it was finished running through the workflow.

We fix this issue by ensuring the reservations context is deleted from
the funding limbo.

It is the callers responsibility to properly .Cancel() a reservation in
the case of an error during the funding workflow.

b21bd351e8 fundingmanager: change funding messages to use server.sendToPeer
Previously, during the channel funding process, peers sent wire
messages using peer.queueMsg. By switching to server.sendToPeer, the
fundingManager is more resilient to network connection issues or system
restarts during the funding process. With server.sendToPeer, if a peer
gets disconnected, the daemon can attempt to reconnect and continue the
process using the peer’s public key ID.

channeldb: fix bug when writing revocation log states
This commit fixes a bug that was introduced when we moved to using
64-bit integers for storing the revocation log state. When we made this
change, we forgot to increase the size of the buffer which stores the
key for the particular channel state from 40 to 44 bytes to account for
the 4 additional bytes in the new 64-bit integer.

This bug has been fixed by properly sizing the key buffer. We’ve also
added an additional test to ensure that we retrieve the proper state
after multiple state updates.
