Olaoluwa Osuntokun	12e73f55e9	channeldb: add database migration for new node+edge update indexes ... In this commit, we add a new database migration required to update old database to the version of the database that tracks the update index for the nodes and edge policies. This commit removes a database migration that was added to fix a bug introduced within the first alpha release.
