lnwire: morph HTLCSettleRequest into UpdateFufillHTLC
This commit modifies the prior HTLCSettleRequest to more closely match the UpdateFufillHTLC defined within the specification. The only semantic change is the move from a slice of pre-images (for “multi-sig” LN) to a single payment preimage.
